We deliver anywhere in the world for FREE on all orders. All product and service prices are inclusive of GST. 

We aim for 5 - 11 working days delivery as standard for most products. All orders are subject to stock availability. We currently do not deliver on weekends.

RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer a further edit to purchased products.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GENERAL FAQs

Do I have to order a minimum value in either products or services? You can do whatever you like. We want you to be able to freely select what suits you. You can order a single product or service if that’s what you would prefer or more. Delivery rates are stated above and free on all orders.

Do I need an account to place an order? No you don't. It is easier however if you do for both yours and our tracking purposes. Account signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.

If I buy a gift can I include a personalised message? Absolutely. Just include a note with your message on the ‘special instructions’ box when checking out and we will include a note in the box.

Is your credit card processing secure and safe? It certainly is. We chose our provider very carefully. Paypal is one of the largest and most advanced credit card processors in the world, handling millions of transactions a day. We have been delighted with them so far. If you are still not comfortable you are welcome to pay by bank transfer if you would prefer. Just select this option when checking out.

When will my order be delivered? We do our best to deliver on time, working with our warehouse and delivery partners.
